1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of 1st Step Car Driving School, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

1st Step Car Driving School provides driving instruction services including:

  • Beginner Driver Education (BDE) programs
  • G2 and G license training
  • Individual driving lessons
  • Road test preparation and car rental
  • Refresher courses

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment
  • Payment is due before the start of lessons
  • We accept cash, debit, and credit card payments
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

4. Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice required for lesson cancellations
  • Late cancellations may result in full charge for the lesson
  • No-shows will be charged the full lesson fee
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no cost

5. Student Responsibilities

  • Must arrive on time for all scheduled lessons
  • Must bring valid identification to each lesson
  • Must follow all traffic laws and instructor directions
  • Must inform instructor of any medical conditions that may affect driving

6. Safety and Liability

  • Students must follow all safety instructions
  • 1st Step Car Driving School is not liable for accidents caused by student negligence
  • Students are responsible for any traffic violations during lessons
  • Insurance coverage is provided for all lessons

7. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no lessons have been taken
  • Partial refunds may be available for unused lessons
  • Administrative fees may apply to refunds

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
